# Prime Creator - FAQ ## Who can become a prime creators? --- Anyone can create free [[live guides]] on [Zar](https://zar.gg), but if you want to [[Sell your Live Guides|sell]] them on the platform however, you will need to become a prime creator. There is no charge to become a prime creator and the process is usually completed within 2 business days. ## What is a prime guide? --- A [[Prime guides|prime guide]] is a [[Live guides|live guide]] that meets high quality standards and is manually approved by our team so it can be sold on the platform. Players get access to it by purchasing it through a one time fee. ## How much do I earn per sale? --- Zar seeks to create a sustainable partnership with creators. Creators are rewarded for creating amazing content for players, and Zar is rewarded for providing the platform to create, use and sell [[Live guides]], as well as driving sales for our creators. Creators receive **70% of the revenue** from sales of their [[live guides]]. ## Why some players are using my prime guide for free? --- - Players have a _72-hour trial period_ on each prime guide. The trial period starts when they download the guide. - At the end of the trial period, and if your prime guide has _less than 20 written reviews_, players have the opportunity to leave a review and get the prime guide for free. - When the guide has _at least 20 written reviews_, players have to purchase the prime guide to keep using it at the end of their trial period, regardless of whether they leave a review or not. ## Who decides the price? --- You decide the price. Zar reserves the right to refuse prices that are deemed unreasonably too low or too high. Also, while during the approval period, Zar can advise you on a fair price estimation based on your content. ## How to start my prime creator application? --- 1. Start creating your [[Live guides|live guide]]. 2. Meet all the the requirements explained below 3. From the [[Publish your guide]] tab in the [[Guide Editor]] page toggle the **Sell this guide on the platform** option 4. Click on **Submit for review** 5. We will get back to you within 5 business days with the next steps. ## Can I add a discount for my community? --- Yes, you'll receive more information when your guide gets approved. ## When will I get paid? --- You'll receive one payment per week, on Monday. It includes the revenue from all the purchases that have been made more than 7 days before the payout. ## How do I set up my payment details? --- 1. While you are waiting for validation, you can already set up your payment details. To do so, navigate to your `Creator Dashboard` and click on **Setup payment details** 1. A new window will open in your browser and you will land on a Stripe onboarding page. Simply follow the steps there. 2. Step 3: At the end of the process, you will be redirected to a page telling you that onboarding was successful. ⚠️ Do not refresh this page, or it will abort the process. If you see a message telling you that the process was aborted, please restart the process from step 1. ## Can I create multiple prime guides? --- Yes, and you are encouraged to use the [[Duplicate guides]] feature to make it quicker if you want to use part of your first [[Live guides|live guide]] again. --- #### Links to this page - [[Start here]]
