# Refund a guide <br> We want you to be satisfied, so all [[live guides]] purchased on Zar can be refunded within 30 days. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with a [[Live guides|live guide]], you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in the refund policy below. Note that the subscription to Zar Prime is not refundable. <br> ## How to request a refund --- Send an email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) that includes: 1. The email you use to log in the Zar app. 2. Summoner name you used with the guide. 3. First Name and Last name. 4. Guide exact title 5. Reason(s) why you want a refund and stop using the guide. We won't be able to refund you if your email doesn't include all the items mentioned above. <br> ## Refund Policy --- ### Our 30-day policy Our 30-day refund policy allows players to learn risk free. It also protects our guide creators from fraud and provides them a reasonable payment schedule. This policy means that you won't be able to ask for a refund after 30 days from the date you bought the guide. <br> ### Additional reason for denied refunds If you already got a refund for a given guide, and you purchase it again, you won't be able to ask for a second refund. <br> ### When will I receive my refund? Refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after Zar has received and processed your request.
