# Zar prime - FAQ <br> ## What is Zar Prime? --- Zar prime is a membership that you can subscribe to and that gives access to: * A special role on Discord and an in-app badge * Early access to new features * Full access to [[prime guides]] <br> ## How do I use the guides included in the subscription? --- Zar members get unlimited access to all [[prime guides]] available on Zar. You can download them directly in the guide previews, accessible from the **Guides** page. You can also download them directly during the draft phase of your game where prime guides relevant to your pre-picked or picked champion are suggested to you. <br> ## Can I upgrade from Prime to Backer? --- Yes you can. You'll be charged the price of the Prime subscription minus the price of the Backer subscription (so $7). <br> ## Can I downgrade from Prime to Backer? --- Yes you can. Your Prime subscription will be converted into a Backer subscription instantly. It means that you will have no longer access to the [[prime guides]] you downloaded during your subscription. You will still have access to the prime guides you bought directly without using your subscription. If you buy a $9,99 prime subscription for a month and downgrade it to a $2,99 backer subscription, you'll get a Backer subscription for 1 month and $7 remaining on your Zar balance that you can use later to subscribe to the Backer subscription again or to partially pay for a month of Prime. <br> ## Can I try the subscription for free? --- There is no trial phase for the prime subscription but you can already try all prime guides for free by navigating to their page preview and click on **Try this guide**. <br> ## Can I get a refund? --- You can't ask for a refund for the prime subscription but you can [[refund a guide]]. <br> --- #### Links to this page - [[Start here]] - [[120 How to market your Live Guides|How to market your Live Guides]]
